Our key policy is to ensure customer satisfaction.
One of our key values is 'affordable luxury' we choose to use the modern definition of luxury as offered by Mark Jacobs "luxury is about pleasing yourself, not dressing for other people".
We source quality products - we define their quality by their fabric and compostiion not necessarily by the name on the label - so it is worthwhile looking at all our products - we wouldn't put them out there if they weren't worth having - we specialise in providing classic style with a little edge.
We shall dispatch your product within 24hrs (working) of receiving your cleared payment, normally in one of our pink polylopes.
We use first class postage and where postal systems are disrupted due to industrial action we shall do our best to ensure that your purchase is dispatched to you as quickly as possible using alternative means of delivery. We have put free UK postage back on our stock. We will ship world wide just ask for pricing.
We always obtain proof of postage and can provide tracked mailing at an additional cost.
As Customer Satisfaction is key we are more than willing to accept returns on our products - we just ask that you wrap our product as lovingly as we have and send it back to us within 7 days of receipt. Our other ask is that you let us know you are sending the product back.
We believe that your satisfaction will be more than excellent if we can contribute to your authenticity. And that finding or enhancing your authenticity can only be a good thing.
We do not place feedback in our ebay boutique until the transaction is complete and we know that you are completely satisfied - as such we ask that you leave feedback as soon as you can.
Updates - We intend to update our information, products and site here at least once a week, ideally on a Wednesday. That's not to say there won't be juicy little pieces added inbetween times.
